Alex J. Mehigan is a 23-year-old actor, singer, and songwriter from the Pacific Northwest - where towering Douglas fir trees, gracious waterfalls, mighty rivers, and vast oceans are always a short drive away. 

After graduating from Rex Putnam High School in 2020 under the mentorship of Kelly Marchant, Cinda Reeves-Snyder, and Erika Lockwood - Mehigan went on to earn a BM in Musical Theatre from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2025. There, he learned from Tony-nominee Robert Westenberg, who was best known for his performance as The Wolf/Cinderella's Prince in the Original Broadway Cast of Into The Woods. Mehigan also had the privilege of studying with voice professors Andrew Garland and Jennifer DeDominici while in Boulder.

Some of Mehigan's stage credits include J.D. in Heathers: The Musical, Amos Hart in Chicago, Emmett in Legally Blonde: The Musical, Underling in The Drowsy Chaperone, Max in Lend Me a Tenor, Lysander in A Midsummer Night's Dream, Carlson in Titanic, The Musical, Dick Bernly in 9 to 5, The Musical, Tiny Tom in Urinetown, The Musical, and Red Fang/Frustrated Fisherman in Big Fish.

In September of 2023, Mehigan's first single, back to you was released. The following month, smitten in the sunshine was released as its follow-up. Both tracks were produced and co-written by Isaac Hughes of The Pele Rava. Most recently, he's collaborated with producer and singer-songwriter Anthony Avalos on singles - know me, drifting, and new love. You can buy or stream to these songs on all platforms.
